1. Tibor has developed the product service

2. While deploying, we realized that our AWS server needs to be rebuilt and that long-term planning for our server infrastructure and management makes sense. Isa is preparing a concept for this.

????3. We realized that picking is the basis for the delivery bill. We also need a module for operational services that simplifies processing and transparency of prices.

4. We have received the green light for video production for crowdinvesting. We will document the filming locations this week.

5. We exchanged with Silvan from SENS (umbrella platform about social entrepreneurship) to see what synergies there are.

25. January 2022

1. In the process of determining the MVP, we noticed that we needed a little more information on how the picking works at Gut Rheinau. That's why we're visiting Martin this Wednesday.

2. We have revised our accounting. We have added invoices for work performed and bundled the orders from Gut Rheinau and Pico for a better overview.

3. The Koopernikus cooperative is officially registered in the commercial register. We ask Pico if they can temporarily do the bookkeeping for Koopernicus.

4. In the values ​​group, we discussed how we can best deepen the values ​​with guests in videos and how we can agree on concrete digital values ​​for the economic cycle in group workshops.

5. Yvonne Lötscher (Head of Sustainable Nutrition City of Zurich) & Elisabeth Rohner (Head of Coordinated Procurement City of Zurich) are interested in getting to know our food value chain.

  • ⚙️ 1. We have set up a product road map and are in the process of determining the design, user stories and features for the MVP. Additionally, we are starting with our own UI kit with icons and colors.

    2. In the Koopernikus Call, we showed the current status of the IT platform. The idea of crowdinvesting was well received. This way we can collect the commitment and distribute the financing on several shoulders. We help with the video production & communication strategy.

    3. We have introduced Koopernikus & the IT platform with processes to the crew of Gut Rheinau. Over the weeks we will pick up more needs from the staff.

    4. We participated in the organizing committee of the event series FeldzuTisch and offered to host an event in the area of IT and regional trade as well as to assist in setting up the website and video media library.

    5. We have had an exchange with Christel Maurer (initiator of TeilderLösung & on the advisory board of Bio-Stiftung).

⚙️ 1. We are currently restructuring our workflows in order to manifest them better

2. We are designing individual user interfaces for the different workers on the stations within the Gut Rheinau operation

3. We discussed in the Koopernikus Call about the user membership model and decided to do a crowdfunding

✨ 4. We exchanged with Maximilian what it would take to make a possible crowdfunding with a cryptocurrencyg

5. We have issued each other work contracts

6. We made product pictures at Gut Rheinau with Heri

7. We went through structural analysis with Felicia from Feldzutisch and shared know-how

8. We have the idea to use the Game Eco to map our network. Possibly we stream it and build an online gaming community

2. We have redesigned our website: We communicate more clearly what we are doing and what our goals are

3. We have linked our design prototype to share with the public our process

4. We made the whole website multilingual: With English and German.

5. We made a structural analysis in relation to a possible collaboration with FeldzuTisch with the following categories: Time horizon, Network, Working groups, Project management tools, Communication, Funding, Wages, Services, IT, Product management tools, Modules.

Greetings from our Team! Thank you all for 2021 ❤️ We wish you all happy holidays and a good start in 2022 ????

1. Zollfrei invited us to the co-creation event to find out how we can participate in the rebuild with our technical infrastructure 

2. In the value group we added to the list of experts who can contribute to the value discussion 

3. We discussed the membership model in the Koopernikus meeting and when we should start with it.  

4. We are in the process of possibly working together technically and strategically with FeldzuTisch. We are doing a structural analysis and comparison first to have a better basis for decision making 

5. We have come to a decision in the team how much money we will pay each other from 2022 on. 

6. We exchanged with Patrick and Janina about the needs of Graasrooted and how we can improve the subscription, cash register and inventory control system.

7. We adapted the design to better integrate the processes and the needs of the producers.

14. December 2021

1. The new Website from Koopernikus is online.

2. We participated in the second founding meeting of Koopernikus. Much love for these people.

3. We have exchanged with FeldzuTisch (Basel region). We are both interested in combining our energy and working together on the technical and financial side. 

4. We went to Gut Rheinau to understand the process of harvesting to picking up the food and what needs we can better serve with IT.  We also looked at the area for the mobile photography studio. 

5. We drew graphics of the process and user interfaces to better integrate them into our design.

????‍6. We exchanged with Janina from Graasrooted/Rampe21 and in the other call with Florian how we can better cover the IT to the needs of the end customers.  We will meet online soon for further steps. 

????7. David and Johannes brainstormed about the sales concept and membership model.

6. December 2021

1. Tibor coded the front end of the profile & Isa is coding the user service in the back end. We will develop the other back end elements together to establish a connection to the front end.

2. We added details to the design & documented all user stories. Next, we develop user stories & modules for producers, processors & logisticians so that our marketplace becomes more needs-based for them. For this, Raphael & Johannes meet at David (Gut Rheinau) this week.

⚖️ 3. With the income from Pico & Gut Rheinau orders, our need for legal security & professional accounting has increased: Laura therefore takes responsibility for our finances. Thanks ????. We are in the process of how best to draw up our employment contracts.

4. At Koopernikus we are preparing everything for the GV for the official foundation.

5. We have successfully started the kick-off of the values ​​group. We have presented our 2-week documentation & discussed which values ​​we have created in everyday life without monetary payment.

1. We are making progress with the technical implementation of Lightwave

2. In co-creation within Koopernikus we get good feedback to develop the design further

3. We form a values working group to find out together which values and their parameters exist, in order to create them digitally and use them as new money

4. New Video is out on our VLOG: It's about Participatory Budgeting

5. The statutes & the founding protocol of Koopernikus are changed in order to successfully register the cooperative at the commercial register

????6. Zollfrei (Zero Waste Cafeshop) has invited us to co-create the future of the place together
