Campaign

1. We organized our first campaign workshop and will meet again in about 1 month.

⭕️ 2. We did the following working groups for the campaign: core team, videos, fundraising at the city, fundraising at private rich donors

????‍3. Seulgi & Isa started their collaboration on the backend: added missing fields to several microservices, created the category (image of how products are sorted into categories) & package service (management of the packaging of a product).

4. We have set the storage path of the product images.

5. We have developed functions & user stories when a complaint is triggered & the delivery note is adjusted upon confirmation.

6. We designed a workflow graphic to get an overview.

7. We are in the process of figuring out which WooCommerce plugins we need to meet the needs for a new Graasrooted subscription webshop.

8. We exchanged with Sunita & Tobias from CrowdContainer about a collaboration as soon as the platform is up.

11. April 2022

Campaign

1. We cordially invite you to the Koopernikus workshop. It will take place on Friday, April 15th at 10:00 am at Ausstellungsstrasse 21 (rampe21/grassrooted). We discuss how to organize the funding campaign for building the network.

2. We adjusted the design of the harvest list & delivery note when a product cannot be delivered.

⚙️ 3. Seulgi & Isa introduced us to the process of a user story lifecycle to better manage user stories & tickets in Trello.

????‍4. Seulgi created endpoints for the backend in YAML notation.

5. In the finance call we exchanged info about Klara accounting tool, insurance, liquidity & our needs.

6. We see another mainstay with hosting, website & maintenance service.

7. We received Transition Zurich's social media channels.

8. We discussed asking Mathias Förster (Bio Foundation) for an interview on correct calculation & digital values.

9. We took part in the exchange of nutrition councils & will offer a workshop in the future.

2. April 2022

Campaign

1. We are preparing for the campaign workshop. By already thinking about which tools we can use:

2. Events - To reach the different target groups, such as end customers via FeldzuTisch.

3. Social Media/Newsletter - Use common strategy/content for our different channels.

4. Seulgi and Tibor have created a detailed overview for our API endpoints, which can also be used within the code via constants.

5. Seulgi and Isa develop the workflow for our features to be implemented using user stories.

6. We added information fields on the product & producer page.

7. Laura has set up an agenda board for the next finance call & is looking for a good accounting tool.

8. Raphi makes the FeldzuTisch website for the series of events from our network.

9. Isa set up a password manager for all major work web platforms.

24. March 2022

1. To make it official again: We are organizing a campaign to activate the regional food network around Zurich and also to receive funding for the development.

2. For the campaign, during the Money Camp, we made an overview of the actors, their communication channels and what their needs are. To better align the video and events to them.

3. Together with INUA & other actors, we are organizing a workshop to discuss further joint steps for the campaign.

4. We are in the process of revising the product page to map all important information and store it in the database. We are in contact with Florian for this.

5. Together we have further adapted our database architecture with a focus on Product2package.

6. From now on every Wednesday is our Lightwave day to work together in a more focused way.

7. Our holoport from Holochain has arrived.

8. We tested the slider for professional videos.

Update #131

15. March 2022

1. In the Koopernikus Call we asked ourselves who owns the code & how we work with Koopernikus.

2. We brainstormed about it in the Jupiterhaus living room & came up with a possible construct: The code belongs to the Lightwave Foundation, which grants usage rights to regional food networks such as Koopernikus. She also commissions Lightwave GmbH/AG to further develop the code and adapt it to the needs of the regional food networks. In this way, the code remains in safe hands as common property.

3. We had an intensive exchange with Florian Jakober about the price composition of food, logistics & services in value chains, regional IT infrastructures & databases. We stay in touch for a possible collaboration with FoodCoops.

4. We introduced Koopernikus/Lightwave to the cuisine at Future Food Market and got to know other players in the food value chain.

9. March 2022

1. Isa created an ER Diagram for an overview of the fields in our database

2. We have further developed the design of the harvest list: the order of the products & customers can be sorted & a message can be made in the event of non-delivery

3. With the event series FeldzuTisch & Koopernikus we are developing a joint communication strategy. We organize events around April/May & and co-create the website, newsletters & videos.

4. We further developed the script for our video campaign and got cool feedback in the Koopernikus Call.

5. We sponsored delicious apple juice from Gut Rheinau at the GEN Suisse 10th anniversary.

6. We exchanged ideas with the Innovation Network Urban Agroecology (INUA) to see how we can strengthen the campaign together.

7. We have received inquiries from Bern as to whether we also want to set up a network there.

2. March 2022

1. Tibor was able to test the API & establish a connection between the micro-services & front-end.

2. Isa adds more fields in the micro-services & makes adjustments to the database.

3. We have finished designing the delivery note including the container status.

4. We visited Katharina at Gut Rheinau to better understand the processes from ordering to harvesting.

5. We visited Goran at Pico during a night shift to better understand the processes from ordering, stock management, delivery tours.

6. We exchanged with Yvonne & Elisabeth from the city of Zurich. Although they remain neutral until the tenders are fixed, they have seen the progress and the potential for cooperation. We have agreed to stay in regular contact.

7. As part of Catalyst Lab, we had an exciting exchange with Lukas Aeschlimann about sustainable food systems.

24. February 2022

1. Isa has completed the API so that Tibor can test whether the connection to the front end works.

2. Isa and Raphi restructure the database & services, e.g. to integrate the boxes and units.

3. We started the design process of the setup list & delivery note by brainstorming what important elements go with it.

4. We had our first physical meeting with Koopernikus in the Jupiterhaus to discuss start-up financing and user membership.

5. We prepared the script for the crowdfunding video with the following elements: text/script, image, camera perspective, editing, transition, audio human, audio nature/technology, music.

6. We visited Graasrooted to get their IT needs for their subscription system.

15. February 2022

1. Isa is currently developing the API between Micro Services & Front-End.

2. Tibor sketched a graphic of our IT infrastructure and adjusted the settings on AWS to be able to host our prototype for free

3. Isa moderates the IT circles really well. We have prioritized the infrastructure elements and who wants to guard which topics. We now consider the following elements to be important: Database, Microservices, Applications & User & Role Management.

4. We have further developed the design of the picking & setup list module and have been able to clarify important questions regarding box management.

5. We talked to Janina from Graasrooted about a possible collaboration and what needs, time and financial framework it has.

6. At Koopernikus we presented the crowdfunding concept & the IT processes when picking. We look forward to the next physical meeting in the Jupiterhaus.

7. We exchanged ideas with Goran from Pico to see to what extent the existing modules for Gut Rheinau can also be used for Pico. We'll meet soon to see how far we can connect to Pico's ERP.

8. February 2022

1. With the IT infrastructure management concept, Isa has given us a better overview and long-term planning of the various infrastructure elements.

2. Our microservices have a performance problem. As a solution, it's our turn to set up an intermediate layer API.

3. Raphael presented Lightwave at the BenE (Platform Education for Sustainable Development) Munich Forum. You can find the video here.

4. Raphael & Johannes had a good exchange with Martin at Gut Rheinau about the processes of picking and social developments.

5. Tania & Johannes shared about the further development of our corporate culture through Emotional Leadership & Spaces.

6. At Koopernikus we discussed the possibility of consumers also participating in the financing by taking out a membership.

7. Lucas & Johannes exchanged which core elements should be in the crowdfunding video.
